This week’s film recipe that I’ll be shooting on my lunch breaks and errands around town will be Monochrome Negative from Fuji X Weekly. I got the Jeep washed today after work (same car wash I went to yesterday to get my wife’s car washed – read about that trip here) and this was my first outing with this film recipe.

I raised the shadows a bit and increased the exposure a bit, but other than that, and a bit of Silver Rich grain (94 and 21 on the settings), these are pretty much straight out of camera. I’ll explain how Carrie Weems motivated this choice of a film recipe in another post. These were shot with the Fuji X100V, but I will definitely add this recipe to the X-H2s and try it out.
